Practices

GKRC practices give our rowers a time to come together, work hard, learn, and improve.

GKRC Spring, Summer, and Fall practices consist of on-water outings, weights, aerobic activity, ergometer, and flexibility training. Attendance at all practices is not required. Winter practices include all of these fitness routines except on-water outings. Practices take place at Thompson Boat Center.

Current practice times:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: Indoor workout (erg, circuit, weights) or on the water. 5:30pm - 7:30pm.

Saturday: Indoor workout (erg, circuit, weights) or on the water. 7:00am-9:00am.

Sunday: 9:00am, Exorcist Stairs & breakfast at The Tombs
