Learn to Row Program - Master's Sweep (Thompson Community Master's)
Programs Offered: Competitive Men and Women (Gray Knights)
Welcome to the Gray Knights Rowing Club, the heart of community rowing in Georgetown, DC. Gray Knights rowers started rowing either in high school, college or in recent years. Our community focused program is tailored to meet the rowing needs of new rowers, aspiring rowers, competitive rowers, non-competitive rowers and supporters of the rowing community. Our club's recreational and learn to run programs are also known in our community as Thompson Community Master's Rowing.
Team Philosophy: The Gray Knights are an inclusive team. We welcome new comers, experienced rowers and scullers who want to sweep row and scull. We believe that you are joining a a community of athletes that is going to build you up and support you. Teamwork, Sportsmanship and Positive Spirit are at the fundamental core of what we do. As a community, we expect that all members are active participants in the team, demonstrate sportsmanship at all times and come with a supportive and positive spirit.
